The boring (but necessary) small print, and what you can expect from us …
We sell mostly via local craft fairs and markets giving you the opportunity to see exactly what you are buying. If you comminicate with us with an order or to buy something from our range we aim to describe it to the best of our ability and will give measurements and pictures of the actual items. I would ask that if anything is unclear, please contact us and we will be happy to help and/or send additional pictures. Be aware that the colour shown on screen may be slightly different to the actual colour, as you know lighting and our screens can have an impact on this, so please take this into account.
All items will be sent by 1st Class Royal Mail within the UK, if you live locally we can arrange collection or delivery to save on postage. If you need something for a specific date, i.e. a birthday, then please let me know so that we can discuss best method and also be aware if additional costs might apply. For overseas I will need to check postage costs.
We are sure you will be very happy with your purchase from ‘Made in Brockham’. If, however, you are not completely happy you may return the item(s) if unused at your own cost within 7 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Contact us so that we can give you a return address and please let us have a reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Our aim is to please so constructive feedback is welcome along with any ideas you may have to extend our range. This is a new, small business so if you have a problem please let us know so that we can resolve it in an amicable way.
